Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Denise and I have been married to Mark for 20 years and have 3 great boys ages 19,16 and 14. I was born in the resort and lake community of Hayward, Wisconsin. At a young age the "travel bug" bit me as I grew up and worked in a vacation atmosphere and served tourists from Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and many other cities. I then went on to college in the Milwaukee area to pursue a Spanish teaching degree, which furthered my passion for travel and also afforded me the opportunity to live in Mexico. While living in central Mexico, I was able to travel the country extensively as well as explore the diverse beach towns on both coasts. Teaching was wonderful, but my children were very young at the time and I eventually decided that I did not want to spend my entire day with other people's children, while sending my own boys out to virtual strangers to raise them. At that point, we decided to home school them, which I did for the next 6 years. While home schooling we had great flexibility and traveled during off peak times, which was wonderful as there were few crowds at resorts and no lines at theme parks! Once they all decided to go into the public school at the middle school age, I needed to get back into the work force. I started working for a print media company and still work as a customer service and sales representative for them. I feel that my education, teaching opportunities, travel experiences and service mentality help me greatly to do my job well every day. However, I am locked into a daily 8 to 5 schedule, really want to work for myself, would love flexibility in my schedule and more time with my family! I was blessed to discover Coastal Vacations on a local flyer, decided to jump on board and I'm not looking back! My directors Jani and Pierre have been fabulous, positive trainers.  They are very supportive and teaching me to be the best that I can be every single day and for that I am grateful!  I LOVE learning this business and meeting WONDERFUL people!  I am on my way to quitting that JOB and working full time with Coastal. I wanted to share with those of you who are looking at the Coastal Vacations Opportunity my personal reasons for joining and the journey I have so far experienced.  First of all, let me congratulate you for being here.  Do you realize that only 5% of the population actually steps out and decides to work for themselves?  That doesn’t sound like very much but if you do the math, just on the USA population, that’s almost 20 million people.  There are almost ½ million people everyday on the internet looking for an opportunity.  Our minds can’t even begin to grasp the enormity of this market.  We’re not limited by our local economies.  I was in New York recently for one of our Regional Events.  Here is this “country girl” walking the streets of a big city.  Even being amongst the people in this fast-paced place, it’s still hard to grasp how big it all is.  I want to impress upon you, right from the start, that this is a huge opportunity for any of us who want to step out and make it happen.

I’m originally from Michigan though gravitated to Texas then Oklahoma to escape the snow.  I wore combat boots from ’82-85.  I come from a family of 9 kids.  My military experience was the only chance I had to get a good start in my adult life.  I was able to complete my Accounting Degree and have successfully worked in the manufacturing and service industry these past 20 years as a managerial accountant.  I left the corporate world a few months ago to spend 100% of my time developing a business and securing my own time freedom.  Frankly I’m tired of corporate politics, trading my valuable time for dollars, and missing out on the opportunity to raise my only son, whose 16, because I work 50-60 hour weeks.  I’m a change-agent which means I’ve been the one who helped close businesses down that merged, sold-out or just plain down-sized.  I’ve also worked the front end where suddenly new management comes in and your world is turned upside down because they’re trying something different.  There isn’t much security anymore for those trying to bring home a steady paycheck.

I consider this a new profession and I am a novice.  I have no marketing experience, never developed a website, and have been unable to come up with my own product.  Because I’m an analytical, I did spend several months researching online opportunities.  I narrowed it down to 5 businesses and my phone was ringing off the hook.  I took the time to look at each and evaluate the pros and cons.  If you’re going to look, then look.  Ask questions, be open to calls and be ready to say no when you’ve decided an opportunity just isn’t for you.  That’s called due diligence.  Coastal has been around for over 14 years.  We are independent business owners so there are many different organizations you can join.  Why the Coastal Synergy Group?  Why Jade Peaks?  Why Monica Whitman?  My reason:  An established proven system that I could plug into and duplicate and a team of professionals who care about my success, who are there for me as I learn the ropes, and who will be there for my members to do the same.   At the end of the day, we’re a family; helping each other grow and achieve our dreams.

Be teachable and coachable.  Don’t reinvent the wheel.  Admittedly I’ve tried to do things my way.  I’ve spent some time and wasted money not following the system.  What did I get for that effort?  Good experience on what not to do.  Was I confident in myself when I started – heck no.  I brought more baggage with me than you can fit on an airplane.  I was scared to death of rejection.  Where am I today?  Confident!  How did I get there?  I plugged into our training, every day, and I sought out personal development.  I selected leaders who were there for me and they have been.  Do not doubt that.  Each of us can choose to take the road less traveled or we can choose to follow by example.  When you’re looking to do this, you’re ready for a change.  Why not go all the way?  Become the person you’ve always wanted to be.  Be All You Can Be.

Hello! My name is Carolyn Gillespie and I’m pleased to share my story with you. As a single parent, I wanted to have more time available for my child and more income to cover unexpected, additional expenses that came along. At the same time, I wanted to continue helping others, which I did as a full-time Reading Specialist/Teacher in a public school.

I tried other home based businesses but found most of them required going to business presentations outside of the home which still required arranging for a baby sitter. With much gratitude, I have resigned from the Reading job to focus on the Coastal business full-time which requires less hours and now I have many more hours available to be parent! I have nothing but confidence in my chosen directors; I shopped around before deciding!  Both Jani and Pierre have exhibited so many admirable qualities that I wish to emulate:  determination, persistence, and honesty.  I believe one of the most important traits in people is being honorable, and I’ve found time and time again, Jani and Pierre keep their commitments, help in any way possible, and are enthusiastic and encouraging about what they do.

Hi my name is Lyne Bellisario , I joined Coastal synergy group because I was and still am on maternity leave and I was looking for a fun and exciting way to make an extra income from home part-time while taking care of my newborn and 2yrs old son.

My name is Eric Williams and I live with my wife in the Midwestern states. I was introduced to the Coastal business opportunity by Jani in October of 2006. I first became a level I member, but when I got into the back office system of the CSG and got my package I was so impressed with my director and my training, the system and the product that I immediately upgraded to a Level III. The experience I have had with a home based business have been all bad, I tried 2 in 2003 and they both flopped, and in 2006 I tried 5 more and it looks like they are going down too. 

Before I retired, I worked in manufacturing so you can see how coming from my background I really did not have any experience! I worked consistently at my business and followed the system and I got my level III directors release on February 2007. I am pleased to report that I am now making money, and I continue to follow the system and get as much help as I require from Jani and my director.

If I could only share one thing with you about me it would be that I truly believe that each of us has the potential to live the life we really truly want to and deserve to live. I believe that God himself ordained it to be that way. And I believe that it is we who have fallen by the wayside and settled for less, when we could step up and have so much more  and be so much more. Look at your life. Here is MY story…

I trained as a Dentist in Nigeria. Moving to the States, I found that I could not practice with out going back to school and doing the whole thing over. Well my passion for the profession was not that great, so I dropped it altogether. I began to follow my dream of becoming a successful working actress. I figured I was in the perfect place for it in New York. But Showbiz is a tough business with a slow and arduous struggle for recognition. So I needed the day job and I have worked several. My most recent lasting over 5 years at a fortune 500 company working as an administrative assistant.

This has paid my bills and funded many artistic projects, both mine and others. But as I looked at my new born son right before rushing out of the house to another 9 hours in a cubicle, I had to seriously ask myself. “Is this really what life is all about?”
The answer came easily as my son stretched in his sleep.
“No!..There is more. So much more!”

I decided right then and there….I wanted more! I wanted more money, more time and more freedom.

And I wanted it without having to pay malpractice insurance, or to count how many minutes I could afford to spend with each patient, and without having to answer to someone else’s whims and setting up fancy hotel stays and trips while I have to stay at the desk and answer phones all the time eagerly counting the days till my next measly vacation.

I began to research work at home businesses and came across Coastal Vacations. I saw the opportunity right away, and signed up with one of the call center teams as soon as I could. I was thrilled and started working right away. In no time I could tell that I was changing as a person. As I started training and learning to run my business I began to see how I had cheated myself so much in the past by my own thinking patterns. Even without having made any money yet, and still scared of talking to anyone about my business, I was already becoming a better person in other areas of my life. I was gaining confidence and a winner’s mentality. This was great, but I had joined this business to make money, right? and leave my 9 – 5, right?.

So I knew I had to really start working the business. I realized that depending on the call center greatly took away from my own personal business development. I made the commitment to myself and stepped out in Faith and then the real miracle happened. I found Jani and the Coastal Synergy Group. I switched teams and was immediately blown away by my Jani’s personal commitment to my success and by the well organized training the group offered. I was destined for success and I knew it.
 
I am presently still at my day job, but not for much longer. I have upgraded to a level 3 and soon and very soon, I will be dedicating all my time to my family and my passion for the arts and my passion for life.

There is NO WAY I can fail unless I walk away from it. And who would do that? Who
would walk away from freedom? No…not I!!!
